How Does This Work?
Engaging Our Services
Free initial consultation with customers: using our referral form to:
- Identify priorities…what are the issues that need our intervention
- Identify desired outcomes…what does the customer expect as an outcome
- Identify the method of working…coaching/mentoring, whole school/small group training, direct family work, school improvement work
This would be followed by a brief proposal which would include costs for the project.
Upon Engaging Our Services
We would produce a detailed, bespoke project plan would then be formulated to cover the scope of the project – including methodology, deliverables, full costs
Collaboration: We may also decide to signpost work to other associates via the website if the remit of the work was such that it fell to another discipline eg Speech and Language, Psychology, etc
Where are you based?
Coral and the majority of consultants and specialist are based in the South of England – but particularly during this period, virtual support may be offered outside of this area.
What About My Data?
Please refer to the privacy statement. Data will only be gathered by agreement and to support a specific piece of work. All information is confidential, unless it is necessary and agreed that information should be shared to support the needs of a young person. Data will only be retained in accordance with GDPR
How Do I Pay You?
The brief for any piece of work will be agreed with you – and this will identify the outcomes you may be looking for and potential costs. Once it is agreed that a piece of work is complete. An invoice will be sent to you. Any queries can, of course, be discussed. Payment methods can be discussed but at this time, directly online, will be the most appropriate and efficient.
